About the Position

The Sureserve Group is currently seeking a skilled Fire Safety Equipment Technician to join our team in South/East/West London and the surrounding home counties. This role involves delivering maintenance and servicing work across London and the Home Counties.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Delivering maintenance and servicing of life safety equipment, emergency light and smoke vent systems
  • Providing day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts
  • Servicing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Previous fire maintenance experience
  • A good understanding of British Standards BS 5839 and BS 5266
  • FIA units (1,3,5)
  • A driving licence
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and standby pay. Additionally, you will receive 28 days' holiday, including statutory holidays, increasing by one day for each full year up to 25 days. Other benefits include a company van with optional personal use, annual performance-related bonuses, and a company pension scheme.
