Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a robust diary system to achieve key milestones
* Recommend payments and produce client reports and letters
* Liaise with contractors and external suppliers to achieve efficient outcomes
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive management of subsidence claims
Requirements:
* Claims experience dealing with any insurance risk
* Customer-focused, organized, and hardworking
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to deal with demanding customers in a sympathetic but firm manner
What We Offer:
* A 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, home-based role
* First-class training on niche insurance risks
* Opportunity to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification, fully funded by the company
