Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team as a Freelance Site Director in Crewe. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in a senior site management role, leading a team of professionals on a high-profile project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction operations, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage subcontractors across internal and external works
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality and safety standards
* Develop and implement health and safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements
* Manage schedules to mitigate delays and maintain progress
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior site management role with expertise in both internal (fit-out) and external works
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification required
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to commute to Crewe
