We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Stori, providing individualized support to young people in our 24-hour supported housing projects in Colwyn Bay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering emotional and practical support, enabling young people to develop independent living skills and progress towards their own accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements include:

  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure check
