Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our Reablement Service team at Nexxus Care. The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting service users to regain their independence and learn new skills. You will work closely with our occupational therapist team to prevent hospital admissions and support clients to stay at home as long as possible.

The role requires flexibility to travel within the community in the east and south of Staffordshire. You will meet with new and existing service users to help deliver a person-centered plan, liaise with healthcare professionals, and support a dedicated support work team to achieve the best results.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and computer software
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Salary Details:

£27,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
