Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Quality Assurance team at ASOS, where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards across our product range.

You'll work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop corrective actions, and implement processes to drive efficiency and quality.

Based in Barnsley, this role offers a great work-life balance, with regular travel opportunities to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality standards for our products, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and improve overall quality.
  • Conduct AQL inspections on stock to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support the development of training programs for suppliers and internal teams to enhance quality awareness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality check processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business decisions and drive quality improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Business).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with a focus on driving quality improvements.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
