We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Quality & Compliance team in Devon, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data room management, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage warranties and liaise with internal project teams and clients for snagging lists and documentation.
- Perform site visit quality control checks as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to projects and review PAC information, including datasheets, testing evidence, and manuals.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in renewables or engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
Essential:
- Renewables/Engineering degree or relevant experience.
- High capacity for learning and applying new skills.
- Intermediate IT skills (MS Office Suite) and computer literacy.
- Good communication skills (written and oral).
- Proactive approach and work ethic.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Team player attitude.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector.
- Full UK driving license with own transport.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate degree (or equivalent).
- Previous solar experience (especially within construction or O&M settings).
- Ability to effectively problem-solve and think outside the box.
- AutoCAD experience.
