We offer a fixed 2-year commitment between Evolution and the data consultant. At the end of this period, customers can opt to hire the consultant permanently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Analyse and document business processes to identify improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency.
  • Functional Backlog Creation: Translate business requirements into a functional backlog for technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.
  • Insurance Industry Focus (Preferred): Apply industry knowledge to ensure solutions align with regulatory standards.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather detailed requirements from business and technical teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes and business requirements.
  • Agile Delivery: Support Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process analysis, backlog creation, and stakeholder management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
    • Basic understanding of data systems and ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, coordinating with various departments.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Benefits include a starting salary of £28,000 - £36,000, depending on experience, and opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth.
