Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop teams of engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise and ensuring highest levels of performance.
- Maintain existing colocated and inhouse Data Centres.
- Help build and bring online new Data Centres.
- Constantly improve all our processes and procedures.
- Assist & manage relationships with external vendors & contractors.
- Liaise with internal teams & management groups.
- Ensure we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all our Data Centres.
- Create and maintain metrics on all aspects of our Data Centres and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes.
- Assist in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, etc.

LocationWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
London, GBR
Basic Qualifications- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large scale services and 3 years managing and building strong successful technical teams in a similar culture
- Project Management Experience and Systems and networking knowledge
- Prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product
- Formal project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, AGILE)
- Scripting: Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby (or programming languages)
- Experience or Knowledge of AWS products: EC2, EBS, S3 and infrastructure and system redundancy (Power feeds, ATS, Server Hardware, RAID, Network Connectivity)
