Job Description:

  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our bank team. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing care plans, and providing support to patients and their families.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
