Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with lease administration, database updates, and ensure accurate property documentation
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including overseeing furniture logistics
  • Process invoices and compile financial reports according to company policies
  • Participate in contractor oversight and conduct regular property inspections
  • Support budget preparation and assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain and update office procedures in the Property Operations Manual
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
