The selected candidate will specialise in all aspects of Building Surveying duties for high-profile projects in and around the London area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting all aspects of Surveying professional services for private individuals, high street banks, local/national businesses, property developers, estate agents, and legal professionals.

The in-house team of professionals assists clients on a daily basis with a diverse range of property-related issues such as Boundary Disputes, Party Walls, Rights of Light, Dilapidations, Project & Property Management matters, Building Regulations, and Arbitration. Additionally, the team provides expert witness representation/advisory services.

As a leading property firm, our client offers the highest level of training, having a proven track record of bringing Surveyors through their APC, and providing a platform for Junior Surveyors to excel in their careers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Party Wall services
  • Conduct Dilapidations services
  • Carry out Building Surveys
  • Perform Homebuyers surveys
  • Monitor and manage projects
  • Provide Schedule of conditions
  • Handle License to Alter
  • Act as an Expert witness
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Liaise with new clients to bring on new work
  • Provide accurate quotes to clients
  • Be flexible and support the team
  • Tender for and engage with contractors
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • It is desirable that you have started your APC studies
  • Be up to date on building regulations and market fluctuations
  • Working experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous
