About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at ZipRecruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on hotel property, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Repair:
    • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential issues.
    • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including fixing equipment and replacing parts.
    • Ensure all building systems are operational and compliant with safety regulations.
  2. Guest Services:
    • Address maintenance requests from guests, resolving issues promptly to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Interact professionally with guests while performing maintenance tasks in public areas.
  3. Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety guidelines.
