About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at H2eCommerce. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through direct telephone contact with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively advise customers on their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in an outbound telesales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
