Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new clients of all sizes, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless new business customer experience, working closely with Service and Renewal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory frameworks, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide introductions to support the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an insurance broking or sales role.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and processes, with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of education insurance is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Ability to work flexibly, manage your own diary and workload effectively, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
