We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including absence, sickness, and performance management issues.
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
