Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of residential building pathology and surveying techniques
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentoring to achieve AssocRICS qualification
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
- Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
