Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant in Runcorn

We are working with a Primary school in Runcorn to recruit 2 x TAs to support pupils new to primary school who require some additional support. Some personal care involved.

About the Role
  • Provide personalised 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for the pupil you are supporting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a holistic and effective support system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN or working 1:1. And EYFS.
  • A genuine passion for providing learning support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
  • Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent qualification. or 2 years classroom experience.
  • GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above/ or functional skills level 2.
