We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lifeguard to join our team at Abbey Leisure Complex. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lifeguards, providing mentorship and guidance, and ensuring the safety of our customers and the cleanliness of the pool environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of lifeguards
  • Ensure the safety of customers and the cleanliness of the pool area
  • Conduct regular pool rotations and supervise the setup of equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Support the team with daily tasks, including preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for activities
