GLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lifeguard to join our team at Abbey Leisure Complex. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lifeguards, providing mentorship and guidance, and ensuring the safety of our customers and the cleanliness of the pool environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of lifeguards
- Ensure the safety of customers and the cleanliness of the pool area
- Conduct regular pool rotations and supervise the setup of equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
- Support the team with daily tasks, including preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for activities
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records
- Have a can-do attitude, a focus on customer service, and a passion for working with people
- Be a great team player with excellent communication and social skills
- Have knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
- A salary of £26,070.46 per annum
