Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing is seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join their team. This role plays an integral part of helping customers turn their dream homes into reality.
About the RoleReporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying process and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
We estimate that this role will offer a competitive salary range between £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting with customers to discuss their new home needs and preferences
- Providing expert guidance on our range of properties and explaining the benefits of each
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transaction process
