We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEN school in Cranleigh. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex and severe learning difficulties, aged 5-19.
The school is situated on 22 acres of land, with two residential homes on site. Due to the rural location, a driving license and own vehicle are essential.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism. You must be self-motivated, have clear communication skills, and hold an Enhanced Child and Adults DBS.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (PAYE) and £15.22 (Umbrella), as well as a range of benefits, including holiday pay, weekly pay, and pension.
Requirements- Experience in Support Work or SEN
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
- Ability to travel to Cranleigh in your own vehicle
- Monday - Friday
- 08:30-15:30
- Term time only
