Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary:

Grosvenor Casino, Stoke is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food to our customers. You will work closely with our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences and support the preparation of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
  • Support chefs to deliver high-quality food to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, hygiene, and safer gambling
  • Maintain immaculate operational standards in all areas of food service
  • Complete required paperwork to support due diligence
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
  • Preferred: Previous experience working in a multifaceted role
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business
  • Sound communication skills
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working

Additional Information:

The successful candidate will be based in both front-of-house and back-of-house kitchens.
