Job Title: Kitchen Helper/ Chef Helper

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper/ Chef Helper to join our team at Class 1 Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation techniques and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Role:

As a Kitchen Helper/ Chef Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils
  • Supporting the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in various tasks such as meal planning, menu development, and special event preparation
The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in food preparation techniques. You will also need to have experience in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, assisting the Head Chef with various tasks, and communicating effectively with other kitchen staff members.
