About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in all aspects of property sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with potential new clients to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent or buy.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our property portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms between clients and property owners.
Requirements
  • Previous industry experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. However, all applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a customer-focused environment.
  • Enthusiastic and competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • IT proficient, with experience in MS Office packages and ability to learn quickly.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.
