About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Crux Careers. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the property sales industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Potential Clients: You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their individual requirements and backgrounds, and making informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent.
  • Property Portfolio Management: You will develop a good understanding of our property portfolio, including properties available for rent and sale.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: You will coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective clients, and negotiate terms between landlords and tenants.
Requirements
  • Previous Industry Experience: While previous experience in the industry is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a proven track record in a customer-focused environment.
  • Enthusiasm and Competitiveness: You will be an enthusiastic and competitive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT Proficiency: You will be IT proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office packages and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Full UK Driving License: A full UK driving license and the use of your own car are essential for this role.
