About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be able to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have a committed and organized approach to work
  • Be flexible to work shifts and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
