This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team, drive business growth, and contribute to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of 8 Paralegals, ensuring a high-quality service to our Corporate Practice group.
- Build relationships with the firm's Corporate practice group to promote awareness of our Due Diligence capabilities.
- Assess opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and training, ensuring our playbooks and other materials are comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Allocate assignments and monitor workload, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.
- 2+ years' experience working within a Corporate Legal Team or similar setting.
- Obtained an LLB or GDL or equivalent Law degree.
