We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence sub-team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Paralegals, ensuring a high-quality service to our Corporate Practice group, and promoting awareness of our Legal Delivery Centre's Due Diligence capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working within a Corporate Legal Team or similar setting, and will have obtained an LLB or GDL or equivalent Law degree. They will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the majority of the team's DD projects, including building relationships with the firm's Corporate practice group
  • Assessing opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and training
  • Allocating assignments and monitoring workload
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Identifying training needs and arranging/providing coaching where required
