Nutrition Specialist in Care Setting

Pertemps Worcester is seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead our culinary team in Evesham.

Job Overview:

This role involves preparing healthy meals that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. You will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience that promotes overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Menu Development: Create menus that balance nutrition and taste.
  2. Culinary Service: Prepare and present meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with care staff to understand residents' dietary needs and preferences.
  4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
  2. Knowledge of nutritional needs for older adults.
  3. A strong passion for delivering exceptional culinary services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. An Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

The salary range for this position is £15-18 per hour depending on experience.
