The hotel's kitchen brigade provides fine dining using locally sourced ingredients, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have impeccable standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and correct storage of the Kitchen and its equipment.
  • Following weekly and monthly cleaning duties' lists as directed by Senior Kitchen/Chef on duty.
  • Adhering to company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • Assisting with deliveries into the Kitchen and storing items as necessary.
  • Disposing of waste in accordance with procedure.
