We are seeking a highly skilled Accountancy Training Specialist to join our team at First Intuition Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and accountancy to take on a key role in shaping the future of our students.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, with a qualified ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA professional designation. They will be responsible for creating and updating educational content, marking assessments, and leading online teaching sessions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey complex technical information in an engaging and accessible way.

They will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our learning resources are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our students. The role requires a high level of organization and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and updating learning resources for syllabus, technical, and other changes
  • Taking responsibility for online courses in subject area and recording lectures
  • Liaising across the business to ensure learning resources are fit for purpose
  • Marking assessments and leading a team of markers in subject area
  • Supporting students in their learning by answering queries and providing timely feedback
  • Teaching online live courses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA professional designation
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude to work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
