Job Description

The Contract Management Lead will be responsible for managing our teams to ensure vaccine programmes are delivered on time and results are achieved in line with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead and manage teams, including performance management, absence management, interviewing and onboarding candidates, probation reviews, and conducting 1-to-1 meetings.">
  • Ensure the calendar for school immunisation sessions and catch-up clinics is completed in line with contract KPIs.">
  • Manage consent form processing in accordance with Immunisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).">
  • Ensure Patient Group Directives (PGDs) for Immunisations are signed and maintained.">
  • Review uptake figures and collaborate with schools and management to implement relevant improvement plans when uptake is low.">
  • Handle stock ordering and arrange transportation of vaccinations to the site.">

  • Experience in leading and managing teams">
  • Experience in managing and planning rotas">
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics">
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)">
  • Organisational and time-management skills">

  • Excellent IT skills and advanced MS Excel">

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this role is DKK 550,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension contribution, supermarket and high street discounts, employee assistance programme, employee referral scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
