About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Team Lead for Maintenance and Facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our facilities and maintenance teams, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 22 days rising holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the facilities and maintenance teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in logistics, facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
