Temporary Role in a Vibrant Store Environment

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London in Glasgow. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to store and company standards for retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries
