About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand/store procedures for receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, and replenishment processes

Requirements

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands

  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs and proactive in going above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
