2nd Line Engineer Opportunity

FryerMiles Recruitment is working with a leading Technology company to find a skilled 2nd Line Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex IT issues, and working closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and investigate customer tickets
  • Provide Level 2 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support
  • Resolve complex IT issues
  • Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns
  • Manage client expectations
  • Action hardware and software installations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers
  • Familiar with working to SLA's
  • Working as part of a wider service delivery team
  • MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Hypervisors, and VMWare

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year

Location: Milton Keynes
