Youth Development Worker

About the RoleThis challenging yet rewarding position involves working with young people aged 8-18 who have complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their physical and emotional well-being, while also promoting independence and self-esteem.
As part of our team, you will engage in activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and fun. You will work closely with colleagues to develop personalized care plans, addressing individual needs and goals. This may involve assisting with daily routines, providing emotional support, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
Key Benefits- A competitive salary of £24,173 per annum, equivalent to £11.92 per hour
- 224 hours (5.6 weeks) annual leave, providing ample opportunity for rest and relaxation
