Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Ranworth House in Eastbourne. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will provide tailored care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors. You will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct care and support to service users, including personal care and medication management
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong assessment and planning skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid UK driver's license (desirable)
- DBS clearance
