About the Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Desktop Services team and collaborating with business units to meet their technical needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively assisting end-users and colleagues with technical support
- Configuring images and task sequences based on specific requirements
- Maintaining operating systems and software packages up-to-date to ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials certification
- Managing a fleet of over 5,000 devices using SCCM, Intune, Azure, and JAMF
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-driven IT professional with a passion for technology and staying updated on the latest developments. You'll need excellent problem-solving skills to handle automated deployments of updates and software packages. As part of a supportive and friendly team, strong communication skills are essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure. You should have experience with SCCM, Intune, Azure, and JAMF, as well as a solid understanding of operating systems and software packages. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
