We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Worker to join our team in the Nottingham area. Our clients have Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health issues, and Learning disabilities, and we require someone who can provide excellent support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks and domestic responsibilities
  • Attend appointments and manage correspondence
  • Provide cognitive and behavioural support using effective management strategies
  • Support with medication administration and access to meaningful activities
  • Maintain daily records

Requirements:

  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
