About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco store team as a Colleague. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Be responsible for handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25.
- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired.
