Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to provide valuable analysis of trading performance, collaborating with Client Relationship Managers and senior managers of each asset class.

The analyst will highlight issues and trends, areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to guide internal and external decisions, enhancing the firm's performance.

Role Responsibilities

The analyst will serve as a link between data function and client-facing side of the CRM team, utilizing data intelligence tools to deliver analysis and data summaries.

The tasks include:

  • Providing monthly analysis to Senior Stakeholders across the group with deeper dives into the data as relevant.
  • Collecting and analysing global data to provide advanced analytics.
  • Assisting in developing financial models to assess customer behaviour and pricing trends.
  • Engaging and preparing detailed insights for use in meetings to support Client Relationship Managers.
  • Producing detailed group wide analysis from both a customer and trader perspective to help evaluate performance and identify gaps.
  • Acting as a resource for client-related ad hoc requests from the business globally.
  • Providing in-depth analysis of key clients to ensure timely issue identification.
  • Assisting in implementing automated data processes to streamline collection, analysis, and reporting of data sets.
  • Cross-functional work with key departments, such as Pricing, Tech, Finance, Data Services, BI, and Risk.
  • Cross-Divisional work with TP ICAP's Divisions, Global Broking, Energy and Commodities, Liquidnet, Parameta Solutions.

Experience / Competences

Essential skills include good knowledge of financial products, basic understanding of the key client base, and high analytical skills.

Desirable skills include good understanding of the Interdealer Broker Market, having conducted quantitative analysis or developed financial models using tools like Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
