About the Role:
• Develop and implement outreach programs that promote community engagement and youth development.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and local organizations.
• Lead and support a team of outreach workers and volunteers.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Collect data and feedback to assess the impact of outreach activities.

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Youth Work or equivalent training/qualifications.
• Basic Safeguarding training and/or DSL training.
• Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience working in an outreach or detached setting.
• Planning and delivering an adolescence program with a wide range of diverse activities.
• Experience with networking, partnership building, and management.

Working Hours:
Part-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, night shift, weekend availability.

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
