Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our financial team, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and business case preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analytics to support options comparison, including own vs lease and transaction financials, as well as sensitivity analytics.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates for RE projects.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and financial guidelines.
  • Work closely with the project team to create comprehensive financial plans, considering all project phases and potential contingencies.
  • Implement robust cost control measures to track project expenditures against the budget.
  • Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions in collaboration with project teams.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports, presenting key cost-related metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within a Financial Analysis or Client Accounting role.
  • Proven experience of delivering commercially focused reports.
  • Ability to implement and amend processes to benefit the client.
  • Proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Information

  • The role will be based outside of London, in either Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham, with the ability to travel to Lincoln one day per month.
