About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Southwark Council. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Southwark Cleaning management team in the technical provision, organisation and coordination of resources necessary for the operation of the service.
  2. Analyse data to provide senior managers with recommendations for improving service delivery.
  3. Monitor and create statistical information associated with service requests and failures.
  4. Deal with complaints and enquiries linked to reports generated by supervisory staff.
  5. Develop, improve, monitor and revise crew schedules and work systems to meet service requirements.
