We are a professional IT service provider based in Fareham, serving customers across the UK. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and prioritize employee satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and increase sales revenue.
  2. Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and queries.
  3. Lead management of higher value accounts, providing guidance to junior team members.
  4. Handle client correspondence via phone, email, and tickets.
  5. Participate in industry events with the Sales Team as required.
  6. Pursue new business opportunities with assigned customer accounts.
  7. Complete product-specific training and certification as needed.
  8. Provide pre-Sales support to the New Business sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development.
  • Holding a full UK Driving License.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
