Job Description
As a Sales Growth Specialist at OutThere RPO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and growth potential. You will also prepare and present reports on account performance and growth plans to management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals with existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A proven track record in account management or business development is essential for this role. You should have a strong understanding of sales principles and relationship management. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools is also required.
