We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Initial Response Team at Bury Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality assessment and support services to children and families in our community.
About the Role:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop effective support plans.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting vulnerable children and families.
