About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at High Haven, a 40-bed residential care home in Downham Market. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, with a focus on dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure that care is delivered in line with our person-centred care plans
  • Champion residents' independence and provide creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices
  • Work closely with the home managers to ensure that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to residents. You will have a natural ability to lead and motivate others, and a strong understanding of person-centred care principles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
